Primary Spine Care

Managing Your Path to Recovery

What is an FPSC?

More Than Just Adjustments

Most patients with back pain bounce between primary care doctors (who prescribe pills or refer) and surgeons (who recommend surgery or not). There is a missing link in the middle. That link is the Fellowship in Primary Spine Care (FPSC). We are trained to be the first option for spine-related disorders. Our job is to triage your condition, rule out serious pathology, and determine the most effective path forward—whether that is conservative care in our office or a referral to a neurosurgeon.

The Fellowship Difference

Dual-Credentialed Management

Our Fellowship in Primary Spine Care (SUNY Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine accredited coursework) sets us apart from general chiropractors.

  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: We speak the language of medicine. We routinely coordinate with radiologists, orthopedic surgeons, and pain management specialists.
  • Advanced Triage: We are trained to identify the “red flags” that require immediate medical intervention and the mechanical issues that respond best to conservative therapy.

Our Promise

We Manage the Case, Not Just the Symptom

When you visit Primary Spine & Injury Center, you aren’t just getting a treatment; you are getting a management plan. We stay with you through the entire journey, ensuring you never feel “lost” in the healthcare system again.
